GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner will be awarded the grand prize (“Grand Prize”) for the

The Grand Prize will be held at Caber Sure Fit Inc. headquarters located in Markham, Ontario, Canada. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on January 21, 2013 and will be notified via phone and email. The Grand Prize winner will receive:

SECONDARY PRIZE:  Twenty (20) secondary prize winners will be awarded one $10 gift cards electronically from Kernels Popcorn.   The Secondary Prize winners will also be announced on January 21, 2013, and will be notified via email.

approximate retail value of a prize is subject to change based on current market conditions at
