 Verdict

One of my favorite ways to relax is Yoga. A simple ancient technique I can do in the comfort of my home. Especially, after a stressful day. YogaHands stretched fingers  help with circulation and relieve cramped hands. The product is one size fit all, and I have small fingers so I would love to see the product in a size small. Overall, Yoga hands is an awesome product for a simple hand message at home or on the go.

  19. I've used yoga toes and didn't realize they had come out with Yoga Hands. The product is used in much the same way though they clearly say to listen to your body and use common sense. There is no set period of time to stretch your hands so don't over do the timing.
