Each Thursday I will pick one of our family’s less nutritious snacks and swap it for a delicious Yoplait and share the experience and recipe with picture.

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup applesauce
• 1 1\2 cup of banana
• 1 cup Yoplait yogurt
• 1 tsp vanilla

• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Dash of nutmeg
• 1/2 cup of pecans

Blend dry and slowly add wet ingredients
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
