My thoughts: Easy ordering process that can be done from the comfort of home. On internet with step by step follow instructions. Also, you receive confirmation of shipment.  Simple but, fun puzzle activity that all can enjoy. I selected cardboard jigsaw puzzle in a heart shape for Valentines that captured a happy moment, mother is surely to love. Also, the puzzle has a nice fit with gloss that is made from recyclable paper which is great for the environment.
