* A supplement that aids in weight loss with no agitated side effect. Take as directed: 1 capsule 2x's a day before meals for optimum results. I noticed a decrease in snacking between meals and boost in energy. Overall, I'm very satisfied with results and would highly recommend as a dietary supplement to aid with weight loss.
